Ministries
We have many Missions and Ministries here at Marantha Baptist Church, in addition to Sunday School and Bible Study. Listed below are some that cover various interests.
Praying Women of Maranatha (WMU)
The Praying Women of Maranatha ministry is a part of the WMU. They meet on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 6:00PM. The ladies of the church work together to support various missions that are a part of the WMU, as well as local missions they choose. Two of the main missions they sponsor are Lottie Moon and Annie Armstrong.
Ladies Bible Study
The Ladies Bible Study group meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm. All the ladies are encouraged to attend, and bring a friend.
Maranatha Brotherhood
The Maranatha Brotherhood meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 6:00pm. The men of the church meet to work on various missions, as well as projects around the church. All the men of the church are encouraged to attend, and bring a friend.
Maranatha Kids-4-Christ
Our Kids-4-Christ group meets on the 3rd Friday each month at 5:00PM......check the bulletin for times.. They meet to study and learn more about our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, as well as work on projects and activities they enjoy. All the youth of the church are encouraged to attend each month, and be sure to invite friends.
Food Pantry
Please remember to bring canned goods and other non-perishable items to keep our Food Pantry stocked, so we can help those in need of assistance. If you know of someone who needs help, please see Pastor Little.
